Return window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Conditions
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all labels intact.

How to return
Email us at hello@hushmews.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will send you instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or faulty items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us at hello@hushmews.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photograph. We will resolve this promptly at no cost to you.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order.
